Frontiers Rock Festival 2025: Day 1

Asia

Formed in 1981, Asia is a supergroup in the truest sense. They took a collective from English rock’s progressive pantheon. Asia fashioned something new that, while seemingly more straightforward, retained many components that made those players’ original bands so enjoyable. They don’t get a lot of credit for it. Still, the members of Asia are contributors (albeit limited) to the history of “progressive” rock.

Pride of Lions

Pride of Lions is a melodic rock band led by former Survivor keyboard player Jim Peterik and vocalist Toby Hitchcock, whose harmony-drenched sound with a wide range of classic rock influences started to materialize in full scope on the album “The Destiny Stone.”

Honeymoon Suite

Formed in Niagara Falls, Ontario, in 1982 by vocalist Johnnie Dee with guitarist Derry Grehan, Honeymoon Suite is a rock band fabled for catchy melodic rock. Having had striking success with their first series of albums during 1984, inclusive of hits such as “New Girl Now,” Honeymoon Suite cemented a reputation for intense energy both in and out of the concert stages and created albums like “The Big Prize” and “Racing After Midnight,” which nailed them firmly in a position within the 80s rock landscape. Continuing to evolve, they released their latest album, “Alive,” in 2024, showcasing their enduring appeal.

Bonfire

Bonfire is a hard rock band from Germany, formed in the mid-1980s. This group was famous for their dynamic live performances and hit songs like “Sweet Obsession” and “You Make Me Feel.” To this day, they tour and release new albums, retaining a devoted following.

Shakra

Shakra, a Swiss hard rock band formed in the late 1990s, gained prominence with their self-titled debut album in 1998 and the successful “Power Ride” in 2001, featuring vocalist Mark Fox. With high-energy live performances, their sound harks back to classic rock from Krokus and Whitesnake; the years have passed, and Shakra is releasing its thirteenth studio album, “Invincible,” in 2023, confirming the group’s long-standing bond with hard rock.

Art Nation

The Swidish rock band Art Nation is formed in Gothenburg, 2014, by the lead vocalist Alexander Strandell and guitarist Christoffer Borg. The attention was right away given after their first album “Revolution” in 2015, where they presented the catchiness of melodies and powerful performances. They are appreciated for their talent, so the nominations like “Gaffa-priset” as “Best Live Act” happen. Their song “Look to the Sky” was claimed to be a remarkable ballad, and with the 2023 album “Inception,” Art Nation follows to surprise and performs side by side with stars like Sabaton and Europe. On November 26, 2024, they released a music video for the song “Thunderball.”

Fans of the Dark

The Swedish hard rock group Fans of the Dark, formed in 2020, delivers a dynamic blend of classic melodic rock and 80s metal powered by Alex Falk’s commanding vocals. They express their sound through such tracks as “The Ghost Of Canterville.”

Frontiers Rock Festival 2025: Day 2

The American rock band Winger, based in New York City, rose to fame in the 80s with hits like “Seventeen” and “Miles Away.” Their style combined elements of hair metal and hard rock. The band has experienced rebirth since reuniting in 2001, disbanding in 1994.

Crazy Lixx

They emerged as key figures in “The New Wave of Swedish Sleaze,” debuting with Loud Minority in 2007, which showcased their catchy melodies and influences from rock legends like Bon Jovi and Mötley Crüe. With a lineup featuring vocalist Danny Rexon and drummer Joél Cirera, Crazy Lixx continues to thrill audiences with their dynamic performances and anthemic tracks, including their latest album, “Forever Wild,” released in 2019.

Chez Kane

Chez Kane is a Welsh hard rock singer who has risen to prominence with the release of her self-named debut album in 2021, featuring her powerful voice and classic rock influences that appeal to fans of the genre.

Girish & The Chronicles

The Indian rock band Girish & The Chronicles fuses classic rock and glam metal with a modern twist, gaining momentum in 2024 through high-profile concerts and songs that showcase their energetic passion for the genre. In early November 2024, they released their single “Kaal.” Check out those powerful riffs nicely blended into the bass, the drums, and the mighty vocal of Girish Pradhan.

Cassidy Paris

Cassidy Paris is an Australian singer-songwriter with Macedonian roots known for her pop-rock style and powerful vocals; she gained attention with her debut album, “New Sensation,” in which there are singles such as “Danger” and “Walk on Fire” and continues to build her career with engaging music that resonates with contemporary rock fans. We believe joining the Frontiers Rock Festival lineup will give Cassidy a strong boost for her career.

They are known for their hits like “When the Children Cry” and “Little Fighter.” The band has been active in the rock scene since reforming in 2011, focusing on both new material and classic songs.

The band released its debut album, “Delirium,” in 2021, and it received critical acclaim internationally because of its catchy hooks and emotional depth.
