How Much Do The Tickets for Hangout Cost?
The Hangout Music Fest offers four ticket tiers: General Admission (GA), General Admission Plus (GA+), VIP, and SUPER VIP. Additionally, there are discounted prices for “early birds.”
Here’s the lowdown on prices (advance sale): GA tickets start at $279, GA+ at $499, VIP at $1,199, and the Ultimate Super VIP experience is $2,199. Don’t forget, there’s a service fee added to the ticket prices. But, the good new is that all tickets get you into the whole Hangout Fest lineup.
Hangout is a family-friendly bash, and there’s no minimum age. If you’re 17 or under, you will have to bring an adult over 21 with a ticket. Little ones, aged 5 and under, get in free! For safety reasons, each supervising parent or guardian is limited to accompanying a maximum of two children.

GA Hangout Fest tickets mean you can access ALL the festival’s fun parts: stages, food, beach, and even sponsored areas.
General Admission Plus
GA Plus tickets are priced at ? $614.78 ($499 ticket price + $115.78 service fees) and provide entry to all GA areas. Holders of these tickets will enjoy priority entrance at all festival gates. GA Plus ticket levels up your Hangout Festival experience, giving you access to private restrooms, VIP eats and drinks, relaxation in shades – everything that GA Plus Grove includes!
VIP
Price of VIP tickets is ? $1,439.81 ($1,199 ticket price + $240.81 service fees). The VIP ticket ensures you have front views of all main stages, never missing a performer from the Hangout Music Festival lineup. You can even sip cocktails while enjoying the great food selection at the VIP Grove. Super VIP

How Can I Get Tickets for Hangout 2024?
The Advance Sales period was valid until the end of December 2023. Hangout Fest tickets will be available on the festival website under the First Wave period. Currently (January 8th, 2024) the First Wave period has yet to be started. Also, you can find tickets on Vivid Seats.
Hangout Festival Schedule by Day – Participation Lineup
While there is no official day-by-day schedule (only the ABC-order list), we can suppose that Zach Bryan will headline the first day, Lana Del Rey the second, and Odesza the third one.

Paying for parking closer to the festival is a more reliable choice. Uber/Lyft availability in the area is limited, particularly on busy weekends such as Hangout Fest. Many locals offer driveway/yard parking for around $20 daily, providing a convenient alternative.
I went last year, and my suggestion is to maybe try to drive and park at the furthest shuttle stop. The shuttle was super reliable and quick, so I suggest that option, and I’m assuming ride-shares will be expensive. Not sure how far she lives from the shuttle route, but I’d recommend that!

I Have Heard Some Rumors Regarding Drug Use There.
I went last year! Hangout has the least amount of drug use I’ve ever seen at any festival. Probably because the police were everywhere and trying to arrest folks for smoking or doing other things. I also didn’t see a single needle or fight.

Is Hangout Fest Safe?
I’ve been to a ton of festivals in my life and very strongly believe that Hangout was the safest/chillest one I’ve ever been to. The cops are strict about drugs if that’s a concern. I found the crowds to be friendly. No fights that I witnessed. I mean you’re on a beautiful beach, so everyone starts in a naturally good mood. You’re also very close to lots of resources in a chill, but populated area. You see “aggravating” posts/headlines only because those are the stories that attract attention. The vast majority have a safe and fun time.

Is VIP Worth It?
The VIP food options excel, and there’s ample shade compared to General Admission. VIPs have breakfast fruits/snacks and buffet food around lunch.
Is Super VIP Worth It?
The Super VIP area is inside the VIP area with more food options and hot tubs. This year Super VIP includes exclusive viewing areas not accessible to VIPs…
Agreed compared to GA, VIP is sooooo worth and Super VIP seems overkill tbh. Only if you have money to blow then maybe.

Recreational or any other use of cannabis is illegal in Alabama. There is a 0 tolerance policy for any amount of substances, no matter the occasion.
Is Hangout A Cashless Event?
Yes, Hangout 2024 is a cashless festival. You can use any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay.
What Card Types Are Accepted?
The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit (processed like credit), Prepaid, and Rewards
Hangout accepts mobile payments from Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Can I Bring Water To The Festival?
Free water fountains and filling stations are usually available throughout the festival venue. Each ticket holder is allowed to bring one (1) empty non-glass water container up to 2 liters in size.
Will I See All Of Them Perform?
There is no guarantee you will see all the artists from the lineup. Many artists have the same schedule, but some areas are pretty limited. You should plan carefully and arrive early if there is a particular performer you want to see.

2023 was one of the most exciting years for this exciting music festival in Alabama. From Sabrina Carpenter to Red Hot Chili Peppers, attendees had a unique chance to enjoy various genres and experience the true spirit of Hangout.
