Celebrating its 12th year, Dancefestopia is more than just a music festival; it’s a journey into happiness, love, and pure celebration. This year’s Dancefestopia music festival lineup will be rocking on three stages: the Emerald Stage, the Lollipop Stage, and the Emerald Forest Stage.
Emerald is the main stage, bringing world-class acts. The Lollipop Stage will bring unique national talents, starting on Thursday and ending on Sunday. The Emerald Forest is a camper-exclusive stage. How Much Do the Tickets for Dancefestopia Cost?
Tickets for the Dancefestopia Music Festival and camping are already available for sale.
The price range for a pass is from $179 to $499 + fees.
There are a few types of passes: GA (General Admission), VIP, and Super VIP. The tickets are offered via several tiers.
At this point (Jun 11, 2024), tier 6 is on sale for the GA pass. The price is $199 + fees.
A 3-day VIP pass was $269 + fees, but in the middle of June raised to $299 + fees. It includes entrance to the festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but excludes camping. VIP ticket holders can access the exclusive VIP area in front of Emerald Stage, a viewing deck, a VIP-only bar, the cooled Lollipop Lounge, and cooled restrooms.
The most luxurious way to spend Dancefestopia is with a Super VIP Pass, which costs $499.97 + fees. This exclusive pass encompasses all the VIP package benefits and grants access to an on-stage viewing platform at the Emerald Stage.
Tickets for Thursday’s pre-party are sold separately, but a standard 3-Day Access pass is required. The price is $69.97 + fees.

Camping options are sold separately. The camping prices are getting higher from month to month. At this point (June 11), the prices for three nights of camping start from $89 to $214 for seven nights. But those are the prices until Friday, June 28, 2024. So, if you are camping in the Emerald City this year, hurry up!

It’s a bit odd, but with Dancefestopia, you either love or hate the festival. You can also see that in the reviews: it’s either the “worst one” or “best festival ever.”
“The bar was set really high in 2018 and 2019 was amazing. I always do car camping, but most people do forest camping. 2019 was truly one of the best festivals I’ve ever been to, such great energy and great music and artists. Then covid happened, and they moved the stages. The stage setup was beyond terrible for 2021 and 2022. They had gotten sound complaints, so they put the stages in front of each other, terrible sound bleed. 2021 I was like ok, I will give this a chance after covid. 2022 we decided to give them another chance, and they blew it. Still terrible sound bleed and stage setup and the magic was gone, plus the lineup got all heavy. They dropped almost all the house/bass house. It was subpar whompy, angry headbanging tunes, and Deadmau5, who I have been a longtime fan of, really dropped the ball with a boring, repetitive long set, and talked shit about Kansas, while headlining a festival in Kansas. It really turned me off of him. Also, they only had one stage going at a time, really lame. Forced to see one act even if you weren’t vibing and wanted to see another.”

Very unorganized, HORRIBLE directions to the venue (we even had a line of cars following us lost from one place to another) no camping included for promoters, jacking up their overrated campsite prices, sound cutting out multiple times, embarrassing things said on stage by Dancefestopia staff, Pandora commercials in the “in-between” music you guys were playing (so ghetto), ratchet couples having sex everywhere from the actual show crowd to cars in the parking lot, STINKY river, only 1 stage (you guys can’t seriously expect us to believe that the other 2 “stands” were stages), inconvenient and unsafe entrance/exit, WAY overpriced food ($7 for a slice of pizza?!), ratchet deflated “rat race” obstacle course that I almost suffocated in, vendor booths were few and far between, sparse crowd, and just an overall bro feel that was hella uncomfortable.”
