Lorraine Lewis, the Femme Fatale from the 80s, and Where is She Today, September 2024

Lorraine Lewis was the lead vocalist of Femme Fatale, a famous glam metal band from the 80s. Lorraine was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She started her musical ambitions when she attended junior high school and joined the choir, joining some local bands. She relocated to Los Angeles and began Femme Fatale before joining Vixen. Since May 2024, Lewis is no longer a singer of Vixen, but she announced that she continues to “dance” with music. (source: 17th episode of Denim and Leather Podcast)

Lorraine Lewis and Lou Gramm Collaboration

Since the split with Vixen, Lewis has also been working with Lou Gramm, the original lead vocalist of Foreigner. Lewis announced on the Denim and Leather Podcast in September 2024 that they already recorded three songs. She said she was on cloud nine about the collaboration, and they had recorded vocals for a new song, with further news coming soon.

Lewis’s New Band

Yes, I was also interested in knowing more about the band and its name, but Lorraine kept the details away from the public. She shared on the previously mentioned rock and metal podcast that she has a new band. All members except her are males. She and her new band are working on an album. The plan is to release the album in 2025 and make a tour.

Lorrain Lewis’s Public Engagement

After Lewis’s scenario with Vixen, she has given several interviews and podcasts (The Bay Ragni Show #156 episode published on July 11, 2024), including expressing her feelings about the departure. She underscored her love for performance and communication with fans in those discussions.

But it looks like this episode of her life is already behind her. She is very active on social media. She reaches out to her fans and keeps them updated on how her projects work, especially those with Lou Gramm. On social media, one can see that this rock and roll lady lives life full speed.
