“International Drill” is a trap single born from the collaborative effort of Macedonian musician StarBoy (Vancho Pashaliski) and his Bulgarian counterpart, DushkovTwenty4.
The musicians effectively transcended the political tensions between Macedonia and Bulgaria to forge a musical collaboration. Negotiations related to cooperation were not time-consuming. Having connected online, the two swiftly embarked on the journey to create the collaborative single “International Drill”.
The initial connection between the two musicians materialized shortly after the launch of StarBoy’s “Infinity” album. Back then, Vancho (StarBoy) had a vision for an album featuring collaborations with international artists. DushkovTwenty4 promptly accepted the invitation to collaborate on a joint track. The song’s lyrical content was crafted by the vocalists StarBoy and DushkovTwenty4. The track’s signature beat and music are traditionally by Taip on the beat, while audio mixing and mastering are attributed to Iso Miki – Kukus. Mariyann Shrub (M.S.) made the video, which was shot in Sofia, Bulgaria.
If we judge by the first reactions on social networks, both the fans of Macedonian trap music and StarBoy’s music, do like the song.
Vancho Pashaliski or StarBoy is originally from Veles, but has been living in Paris, France for several years. In addition to StarBoy, he also works under the name Johnny Star. He started making music in Macedonian and Serbian, and now he is trying to conquer the international audience as well.
The public noticed Vancho at the end of 2020 with the project “three tracks – three videos”. At the end of 2020, he released “Cash Game”, “Mad”, and “Motorsport” starting in November. In 2021, he released the album “Infinity” for his label Royalty Records.
In addition to making music, he owns the clothing brand “Royalty Paris”.
