How Much Do the Tickets for Under the Big Sky Festival Cost?
Under the Big Sky Festival tickets vary depending on your desired experience. In general, there are two types of tickets available for this experience:
- General Admission (GA) – The most affordable tickets typically start at around $268 and go up to $300. With a GA ticket, you get access to all the outdoor stages where the music happens.
- VIP – VIP packages offer a premium experience at a pretty high price. Prices range from several hundred dollars to over $1,880. Still, you can experience perks like air-conditioned restrooms, shaded seating areas, exclusive food and drink options, etc.
Some combinations, like one-day tickets, may also be possible, but you’ll need to check the official website to get to know the tiers better. The tickets can be purchased on the official website. But Vivid Seats is always an alternative if the festival organizer has sold the passes.
Under the Big Sky Music Festival Lineup by Day
While the official day-by-day lineup has not been announced, there are some rumors that Miranda Lambert will perform the first night, Billy Strings the second, and Turnpike Troubadours will entertain the audience on the last day of the festival.

Important Information about Under the Big Sky Festival 2024
As you already know, it’s a special alt-country, country, Americana, and folk festival held in Whitefish, Montana.
The festival offers an option for tent camping, while RV camping is not allowed on the grounds. Still, if you have an RV, you can find some nearby grounds that will enable you to park there.
When it comes to the age minimum, there are some restrictions. Children 6 and under get in free but must be registered. Children 7 and older require a general admission ticket. VIP areas are strictly 21+, so remember these details if you plan on a family experience.
The festival schedule has yet to be out, but the festival typically runs from 3 pm to 11 pm on Friday and noon to 11 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Also, pack some essentials like sunscreen, a hat, comfortable clothes, and a refillable water bottle. You can bring a foldable chair and blanket if you can pack them in your backpack.
