The Roots Picnic 2025 lineup brings some excitement! Why?
The festival has become one of the most anticipated music events 2025 because of its exciting announcements and features. D’Angelo returns to the stage after nine years to headline with The Roots while celebrating Voodoo‘s 25th anniversary.
At the festival, Meek Mill will make his festival debut, Lenny Kravitz will perform his “Blue Electric Light” tracks, and D’Angelo will perform his first full live show in nine years.
The Roots will perform their “Do You Want More?!!!??!” album alongside Musiq Soulchild, who marks his 25th anniversary with Aijuswanaseing. The festival will feature musical performances by GloRilla and Miguel, Tems and beautiful Latto, and hip-hop legends Jeezy, Pusha T and 2 Chainz.
The 2025 Roots Picnic seems to create an unforgettable weekend by blending established performers with emerging talent and cultural events.
The Roots Picnic 2025 sounds like a celebration of the hip-hop culture to me. So, if you are into hip-hop and R&B music, I assume you will not miss this festival edition. Yet, if you are not so much of a hip-hop hooray, the festival welcomes you as well.
